We’re developing a vehicle ownership program with a fixed purchase price, no interest, and payments that fit your paycheck schedule.
These are proposed program rules. The program is not open yet, and terms are subject to attorney review, insurer approval, and applicable requirements. Final terms will be provided in your vehicle-specific written agreement before you commit.
A $4,500 total purchase price with $500 down leaves $4,000: 20 weekly payments of $200, or 10 payments of $400 every two weeks. Insurance is additional. This is an illustration; each vehicle’s price and schedule will vary.

Applicants must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, provide verified contact and address information, and meet payment and insurance requirements. Approval and vehicle availability are required.
02
Each vehicle has its own fixed purchase price, which may be more or less than $4,500. The planned program charges 0% interest. Applicable sales tax and initial title and registration costs are included in the stated total purchase price.
03
Down payments generally range from $500 to $2,000 and count toward the purchase price. Remaining payments are weekly or every two weeks, aligned with your paycheck schedule. Your payment amount and dates will be provided in writing. Early payoff carries no prepayment penalty.
04
Insurance is not included in the purchase price. Subject to insurer approval and applicable requirements, coverage arranged through Motor City Motions is expected to cost about $100–$200 per month. Your actual quote, coverage, fees, and deductible will be disclosed separately. You may obtain qualifying coverage independently. Required coverage must remain active. You are responsible for the applicable deductible under your policy and agreement.
05
You are responsible for routine maintenance and normal wear items, including oil changes, tires, brakes, and recommended services. Motor City Motions may offer discounted maintenance or repairs, with scope and price approved before work begins. You may use a qualified service provider and should retain receipts.
06
The proposed program covers qualifying engine or transmission failures during the first 30 calendar days or 1,000 miles after delivery, whichever comes first, when a qualified mechanic confirms a pre-existing condition or normal-use failure. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or neglected maintenance is excluded when it caused the failure. Report problems promptly and stop driving if unsafe. Covered components and repair procedures will be specified in the final agreement. After this period, major repairs are your responsibility, subject to other warranties and legal rights.
07
If a qualifying covered failure makes the vehicle unsafe or unusable, purchase payments are postponed from the time you report the problem and make the vehicle available for diagnosis until covered repairs are completed and it is available for pickup. The schedule extends without extra interest, late fees for the approved deferral, or a lump-sum catch-up payment. Payments are postponed rather than forgiven. Insurance billing during repairs will be addressed in your agreement. A replacement vehicle is not guaranteed.
08
You ordinarily arrange and pay for towing. Motor City Motions may offer towing for a fee approved beforehand, subject to availability and applicable warranty or insurance benefits. Report accidents and damage promptly. You are responsible for your applicable deductible and documented damage or costs for which you are legally responsible. Insurance payments and other recoveries will be credited appropriately. Total-loss terms will be set out in the final agreement.
09
Each scheduled purchase payment has a 10-calendar-day grace period from its original due date. Any late charge must be disclosed in the final agreement and legally permitted; the amount is still being finalized. A payment more than 30 days overdue may lead to lawful default and repossession procedures, subject to required notices and customer rights. Approved repair deferrals do not count as overdue payments.
10
If you voluntarily surrender the vehicle in good condition and complete an accepted written settlement, Motor City Motions will waive the remaining purchase balance. Normal wear appropriate to age and mileage is allowed. The return inspection and settlement document the condition, balance waiver, and treatment of separate insurance or service charges. Previous payments are not automatically refunded, subject to applicable law. Returning the car alone does not complete the settlement. After lawful settlement, ownership paperwork, inspection, and necessary maintenance, the vehicle may be resold or offered again for rental or ownership.
11
The planned installment-sale structure places ownership in your name with Motor City Motions’ lien recorded. We plan to submit required title, registration, and lien paperwork within three business days after your down payment clears and the completed agreement is signed, or sooner if required. After the secured purchase obligation is fully paid and payment clears, we plan to submit the lien release within three business days, or sooner if required. State processing and title delivery may take longer.
12
Your vehicle, total price, payment schedule, insurance details, repair coverage, and other finalized terms will be explained in a written agreement before signing. Both parties sign and you receive a copy. An attorney may witness signatures; witnessing does not replace legal review or any required notarization.
